Ordered a blue 1 for my 2 year old grandson and a lavender one for my four year old granddaughter. They were a large hit with the youngsters and their parents. The parental volume controls and the auto shut-off were significant hits with Mom and Dad. Since early October, the batteries have only been replaced as soon as. My son has transferred some favorite songs from CD's to the MP3 players and they also like the songs and stories that came on them. The two year old has dropped his many instances, even on the driveway, and it has not been harmed. Very suggest this product for toddlers.
